Confirm the physical form, applicable requirements and supporting documents for your intended use and destination.

Choose the form for your process.

1. For solid spreading, specify flakes or pellets and the particle size required by your equipment.

2. For solution preparation, state the target concentration, process conditions and impurity limits; powder, flakes and pellets can be discussed.

3. For food-grade supply, select powder or pellets and provide the intended use and destination. Use the separate food-grade table in Technical specifications.

Applications

Snow & ice control

Calcium chloride for deicing roads, parking areas and other paved surfaces. Discuss the required form, CaCl₂ content, application conditions and bulk or private-label packaging.

Dust control

Industrial calcium chloride for dust suppression on unpaved roads, construction sites and mining areas. Include the surface, application method and site conditions when discussing the grade.

Refrigeration brines

Calcium chloride is used to prepare brines for refrigeration and ice-making systems. Specify the required solution concentration and operating conditions when discussing the solid product.

Packaging, samples & storage

Standard net weights are 25 kg and 1,000 kg. PP bags, PE bags, pails, drums and private labels can be agreed for the order. Specify the pack material, net weight, artwork and pallet preference.

The usual minimum bulk order is one container. Loading quantity and dispatch are confirmed by order. Sample quantity and buyer-paid international courier charges are agreed before dispatch.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep packs tightly sealed when not in use.
