Technical specifications
Model options for industrial powder. Content ranges describe different models; confirm the guarantee and test conditions for the selected model.
Industrial-grade powder
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Appearance | Yellow / dark yellow powder |
| Al₂O₃ content | 26%–31% grades; minimum by model |
| Basicity | 65–90% |
| Water-insoluble matter | ≤1.5% |
| pH (1% solution) | 3.5–5.0 |
The photographs show 26% and 28% industrial samples within the 26%–31% range. Confirm Al₂O₃ content, basicity, insoluble matter and pH against the specification for the selected model.
Select a model using your wastewater.
1. Provide the water source, pH, colour, turbidity or suspended-solids data, and the treated-water target.
2. Select a proposed Al₂O₃ content, basicity and impurity specification. The 26%–31% range represents different models, not one minimum guarantee.
3. Compare the proposed model in a jar test with your water. Agree the working dosage and specification before bulk supply.
Industrial coagulation applications
Evaluate industrial powder for textile and dyeing effluent, paper-mill wastewater, mineral-processing or metallurgical wastewater. For oilfield or circulating-water pretreatment, include the treatment stage and downstream water-quality requirements in the trial brief.
Packaging & storage
25 kg moisture-resistant bags. Confirm packaging material, printing, quantity and pallet preference for the order.
Keep powder dry and tightly sealed, protected from humidity and direct sunlight.
Sample availability, quantity and buyer-paid international courier charges are agreed before dispatch.
Model documents
Request documents for the selected model and test conditions. A representative COA supports evaluation; the supplied lot’s COA records its tested results.
